Sara Zuboff is a certified and licensed massage therapist, her specialties include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Pregnancy, and Reflexology. With an ever deepening yoga and meditation practice, Sara also received her Hatha yoga teaching certification from Santa Monica Yoga, Pre-natal & Yin yoga certification from Santa Barbara Yoga and her Children's yoga certification from Miniyogis.

Sara specializes in classes for pregnancy and children. She uses elements of Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga as well as mindfulness meditation, each class is created to not only achieve fitness goals, but peace of mind.
