Anita Russek-Lendach loves her career as a physical therapist, especially empowering women with the tools to care for themselves. She joined Women's Physical Therapy in 2004 and is constantly trying to bring more skills and knowledge to her treatment repertoire.
She combines hand-on skills with movement therapies (such as Pilates and Yoga) and tailors each person's treatment to her specific needs and desires.
Her hands-on skills include treating pelvic issues, organ dysfunction, and integrating the energetic systems with the mechanical systems. Prior to this position, she worked with the older woman, developing focuses in areas such as incontinence and osteoporosis.
While not working, she enjoys being active outdoors, travelling, eating, being creative, and living life with her wonderful husband.
